Who we are
Conscious of our responsibilities, with our differences we united, to make the difference. Jason White, Tojotiana Randrianoavy, Dina Ralaivavikoa and Mireille Rakotovao, are the founder members of I am MAD Madagascar.
We cannot erase all the troubles of the world, however we are convinced, that with a gesture and a will, situations can be avoided, in certain countries, like Madagascar. Our main activity consists in helping the children destitute, having the desire to succeed in the school at all costs. Those, are for us, some kind of stars which prove that in spite of the daily difficulties, there are still somewhere beings which want at all costs to write their own story. We help them as best we can, by supporting them in school equipments, clothes, foods and others. We also offer them of brief moments of cheerfulness, because every child is entitled to the blooming.
In conclusion, one smile of a child is for us a motivation to achieve as well our missions.

I wanted to take time to Salute some one I considered a brother. Jason White walked the walk. Once finding out our family's DNA connection to Madagascar, he built a non profit grassroots organization I AM M.A.D. (Making a Difference Madagascar) to bring resources for poor children to attend school and live a better life. He informally adopted several children there to support their growth and success.
Here in the states he worked hard to consult as a youth social worker in Houston, and lead tax accountant in Chicago to help struggling African American families. Additionally, he and I have partnered together to pursue and develop African-American/African business opportunities to build true econonmic development for our communities... Jason held a heavy heart for the global condition of African people around the world, and this morning he transitioned at a young age of 36 years old. Somehow, in spite of my devastation, must find the strength to continue his legacy. Please send good vibrations towards our family, and support his hard work by visiting and patronizing his non-profit here: I AM M.A.D (Making a Difference MAdagascar)
